Ei ole ihan turha joukkue tämäniltainen vastuskaan - play-off paikoille tunkee mukaan myös Burnley voitettuaan neljä viimeistä peliään. Joukkueen ykköspyssy Ade Akinbiyi johtaa koko liigan maalintekijätilastoa kahdellatoista (12) osumallaan.

Suuri vaara että Leedsin esitys lässähtää makean Saints-voiton jälkeen ja luvassa olisi taas vuorostaan pettymys kotiottelussa. Viime aikoina Leedsin otteisiin on kuitenkin tullut hitunen enemmän tasaisuutta, joten ehkäpä kotijoukkue jyrää tällä kertaa hurmoksessa Burnleynkin yli.

Tärkeä ja ennenkaikkea itseluottamusta pönkittävä voitto Burnleystä. Taannoisen heikomman vaiheen jälkeen peli näyttää juuri nyt kulkevan. Hulsen hallittua aiemmin Leedsin maalintekotilastoja on hienoa että onnistumisia on tullut nyt viimeksi Healylle ja Blakelle. Ja Cresswellin kuntoutuessahan KB:lla on taas runsaudenpula. Leeds - Burnley 2 - 0, maaleista vastasivat siis Healy ja Blake.

Veikkauskisassa Yorkshiremanilla oli ainoana täysin oikea rivi maalintekijöineen kaikkineen. Palkintona hulppeat 19 pistettä. Muutoinkin veikkaajat olivat hyvin hajulla viimekertaiseen Saints-peliin verrattuna. Healyyn löytyi runsaasti luottoa ja Blakekin löydettiin maalintekijäksi muutaman veikkaajan toimesta.

tc:n karkumatka ajettiin kiinni ja kärkikolmikko on nyt neljän pisteen sisällä. Raimo ja Vessu petraavat kierroksella eniten - kolme sijaa kumpainenkin.
