Leeds kohtaa valioliigatulokkaan vasta tässä vaiheessa kautta ja yllättäen kyseessä on valioliigan jumbotaistelu. Tosin Leedsin viimeaikojen vahva vire antaa uumoilla sitä että joukkue nousee ennen pitkää putoamisviivan paremmalle puolelle. Tappio tässä ottelussa olisi erittäin paha takaisku - kyseessä kuitenkin ottelu joka Leedsin tulisi voittaa keinolla millä hyvänsä.

Leedsillä niin hyviä kuin huonojakin uutisia kokoonpanonsa osalta. Eirik Bakke teki paluunsa Villaa vastaan tultuaan kentälle toisella puoliajalla. Samoin nuoren Matthew Kilgallonin esitys puolustuksen keskustassa oli lupauksia antava. David Batty sen sijaan huilaa Wolves-pelin ja Dom Matteon pelikunto on jälleen arvailujen varassa. Bakken paluu kokoonpanoon helpottaa kuitenkin Eddie Grayn päänsärkyä keskikentän miehityksen osalta.

Mitään helppoa peliä ei kai kukaan odota Molineuxilta. Tappio olisi tässä tilanteessa karmea, joten kieltäydyn edes ajattelemasta moista mahdollisuutta. Uskotaan nyt omiin.

Batty ja Rads poissa hyvin pelanneesta miehistöstämme, vain kaksi pelaajaa mutta sitäkin tärkeämpiä joten.. (ja sijoitus veikkaustaulukossakin velvoittaa yrittämään tätä)
