Sarjaporrasta Leedsiä alempana palloileva Swindon Town saapuu liigacupin toisen kierroksen otteluun Elland Roadille. Joukkue majailee sarjassa tällä hetkellä yhdentenätoista voitettuaan ja hävittyään tähän mennessä neljä ottelua ja pelattuaan yhden tasan.

Leedsin uusi lainahankinta Brett Ormerod tuli seuraan tuskin penkinlämmittäjäksi, vaikkakin liigacupin otteluissa on aina mahdollisuus tehdä kokeiluja ja kokoonpanon veikkaus siksi hankalaa. Arvelen Ormerodin kuitenkin vievän paikan avauksessa joko Joachimilta tai Deanelta. Deano pelasi Creweä vastaan pirteästi - jos isosta ja kankeasta sentteristä nyt ylipäänsä voi koskaan näin sanoa...  Wink Voi siis olla että Joachim löytää itsensä penkiltä.

Swindon ei liene mikään helppo vastus, mutta kotivoittoon uskotaan:

Leeds Utd - Swindon Town 2 - 0

Niin kuin hyökkääjiäkin meillä kierroksessa. Eikö niistä nyt joku voisi onnistua? Ihan pikkuisen epätoivoiselta muuten KB vaikuttaa. Mehän yritämme joka ainoaa vapaata äijää Elland Roadille.
Swindonin pitää kaatua millä tahansa porukalla, mutta tiukkaa taitaa taas tehdä.

Kyllä luulisi, että Swindon kaatuu kun vielä päästään pitkästä aikaa Elland Roadille.
