"But Dennis will have to make a lot of changes before next summer if his team are going to play in the Championship, and play well. You have to plan in advance and I'm sure he's thinking about that quietly already.
"He's been at the club long enough to know that the supporters and everyone else would expect Leeds United to be leading lights in the Championship as soon as they go up.
