Ja jos saan viel sanoo.. Kun niin tykkään haukkua Wise:a

englanniksi.. (kun en suomeks löydä kaikkii sanoi)
I think a team like Leeds United who are aiming to not only do well in the Championship and gain promotion to the Premiership but also to then do well in the Premiership and reach the European competitions once again need a manager, who like the team, would be able to progress accordingly. I don't think Dennis Wise is necessarily able to do this (of course he's only 38 something) but he seems to lack some basic qualities of a possible great or even good manager.. For one, he seems totally distant and dis-connected from the team itself. It seems to be as if he is putting himself first, instead of the team. "Dennis Wise and Gus Poyet vs. Crystal Palace, Hull, QPR and Wolves" etc. Not Leeds United vs. Wolves etc.
Still bitter that Kevin Blackwell was sacked, I think he's a manager who has what it takes to make it to the top of management, something that the Leeds manager needs to have. Either in a manager capable of growing, like I feel Blackwell was, or in a manager who's already 'been there, done that' (might be hard to attract to Leeds though).
I think it's a shame that Dennis Wise got the job based only on his personal relationship with Chairman Ken Bates.. One hot head appointing another hot head into the club.. Great!
What Leeds really need is one manager to take them all the way, not several.. The already normal erratic behaviour of Leeds' board should stop and it should stick with one manager.. (it should start it's new policy only after Wise has gone though

)
