The Ken Bates
13.02.2012 at 15:08:37

Hei Siellä,

Onkohan tässä menossa The Suuri Puhdistus!

Saako paskasta konvehtia?

Myyntituotot pelaajista muutamalta viime kaudelta ylittää £10m ja ostoihin on mennyt ehkä alle £1m.
Katsomoa (boxeja) ja museota rakennetaan. Thorpe Arch on suolaisessa vuokrassa?

Saako paskasta konvehtia?

Veli e on asian ytimessä.

The Ken Bates OUT and soon...
Viidakossa huumori loppunut ja donny -peliä varten täytyy palata kylmään hakemaan vahvempia verenpainelääkkeitä. Per****!

BATES OUT OUT OUT!!! Angry

Hei Siellä,

1_On ihmetelty K. Bates innokkuutta investoida jonkun muun omistamaan Stadioniin ja kykenemättömyyttä ostaa Harjoituskeskus, joista Seura joutuu maksamaan suolaisia vuokria, mutta jotkut arvaukset saavat hänen toiminnan vaikuttamaan hyvinkin loogisilta: "K. Bates omistaakin sekä harjoituskeskuksen että stadionin."

2_On ihmetelty K. Bates innokkuutta livetä länsimaisesta sananvapaudesta kun hän estää kannattajakerhon  hallituksen jäsenien (jotka arvostelevat Seuran toimintaa) lipunoston: "me myymme kenelle haluamme myydä".

3_On ihmetelty, että miten mädästä omenasta pääsee eroon?

Leeds United chairman Ken Bates labelled the signing of Mika Vayrynen a complete waste of money after they released him from his contract earlier this week.

The experienced Finland international midfielder signed for Leeds on a one-year deal in September after a successful trial spell with the club but he failed to earn a regular place in the Leeds side.

Vayrynen made just three starts and twelve appearances in total during his stay at Elland Road and Bates was critical of the signing made by previous boss Simon Grayson.

Speaking on Yorkshire Radio, Bates said, "I don`t know why we signed him. A nice guy but a complete waste of money.

He has made two starts and cost us £500, 000 in fees and salary. I just do not know why we signed him. I am sorry for him but I feel even sorrier for us. It is better that he goes and seeks the rest of his career somewhere else."

Vayrynen played his last game for Leeds when he made a rare start in the FA Cup tie with Arsenal in January.

Hearing, Ken Bates, has signed the papers 5 times already, but the new owners won't accept Chelsea Bastard as his signature...

Tämän mukaan "thekenbates" olis out 3:ssa viikossa.. which is nice!

The man leading a proposed takeover of Leeds United hopes to complete a deal for the club he describes as "a young Pamela Anderson" within three weeks.

Leeds chairman Ken Bates opened negotiations with Bahrain-based Gulf Finance House (GFH) in June but a deal remains unsigned.

Bates on Saturday said both parties are still keen on completing the deal, blaming lawyers for the delay.

And David Haigh, deputy chief executive officer and chief operating officer of GFH Capital, told The Sun: "Leeds is like a young Pamela Anderson. It's in great shape, with superb assets and a great future ahead of her.

"Like any big acquisition we have to be thorough and that's the process we're going through right now. We're almost there and, hopefully, within three weeks it could be done.

"We are working incredibly hard to get the deal done but there are procedures and rules which must be followed."

GFH have been negotiating with Bates throughout the summer and are intent on returning the Championship club to the top flight.

In a llengthy statement outlining their plans, GFH said: "(GFH Capital's) intentions, if successful in its acquisition, is to move the club back to the Premier League as quickly as possible and help to build a sustainable future for the club, both on and off the field," they said.

"This is expected to not only benefit the club and the surrounding community, but also the entire city of Leeds."

Hisham Alrayes, chief executive of GFH, added: "Like many around the world, people from Bahrain and across the Gulf are passionate about the game of football and notably, English clubs - their successes and hardships are a daily talking point.

"In so many instances this is what bridges the gap between borders and different cultures. We are excited by our intentions for Leeds United and remain fully focused on the specifics of this deal, hoping to conclude a positive outcome as soon as possible."
