Leeds United enjoyed a useful workout in their first pre-season game at Farsley Celtic.
Leeds won 5-2 as Leeds boss Neil Warnock fielded two different sides in each half.
Summer signings Paddy Kenny, Jason Pearce and Paul Green all started the game. Fellow summer signing Adam Drury was missing after picking up a slight niggle.
There were also places in the starting line-up for trialists Andy Gray and Martin Crainie.
There was no Luciano Becchio or Robert Snodgrass in the squad. Leeds boss Neil Warnock saying the pair were carrying knocks and would be travelling with the squad to Devon and Cornwall next week.
Former Leeds striker Andy Gray, who is back at the club on trial, opened the scoring for Leeds on 31 minutes.
Within minutes, Gray had his second goal of the evening, Ross McCormack setting him up to head home.
After holding Leeds for thirty minutes, the wheels were coming off for Celtic and Robbie Rogers scored his first goal for the club to make it 3-0 after 36 minutes when he headed home a Michael Brown cross.
Neil Warnock named a different eleven for the second half to the one that finished the first half. Warnock named nine youngsters whilst there were also appearances for Ramon Nunez and Billy Paynter who are on the transfer list.
Farsley got a goal back when youngster Sam Byram put through his own net on 59 minutes.
Leeds quickly restored their three-goal lead when Billy Paynter headed home following a cross from Ramon Nunez to make it 4-1 on 64 minutes.
Ryan Watson scored a second for Farsley with a great strike from 20 yards on 68 minutes.
Sanchez Payne made it 5-2 for Leeds with a superb strike from fully 30 yards on 90 minutes.
